3.Can you help us find a suitable venue?
Definitely! Let us know your requirements, such as the number of attendees, theme of event, decorations required, etc. and we'll source for suitable venues for your consideration :)
4. What is the typical planning timeline for a dinner & dance event?
Ideally, for sufficient time, reach out to us at least 3 months before the event to commence the planning process. This would include meetings to discuss the details of the event, programmes during the event (e.g. emcees, performances), logistics (e.g. sound systems), set-up and decorations, manpower and management planning, and so forth. We would also start liaising with the event venue, suppliers and commence the carpentry, purchasing, and creation process. This usually requires at least a month for fabrication or confirmation of bookings.
1-2 months before the event, we will then finalise the details discussed above and confirm the actual-day event programme.
You may also choose to have rehearsals a couple of days prior to the event, and on the actual day itself.
However, do not worry, our experienced team will guide you through each step of the process :)
5. Do you offer catering services?
Yes! We can provide catering for your events! Just let us know the number of pax to cater for, type of cuisine, whether there are any food restrictions.
6. Do you provide photographer and videographer for the event?
Yes, we have our own photographer and videographer for the event as well. Feel free to request for a sample of their portfolio if you are keen to engage their services!
